The country has witnessed the death of student William Florian Ramirez who was in the fifth semester of medicine at the Automous University of Santo Domingo.
Florian Ramirez the 21 years old was dead by a policeman at a time where they faced UASD students
and members of the national police, protesting while fiscal reform.
Some colleagues said William died on Campus when it went out Tiradentes avenue.
